Privacy Policy

Who we are

The data controller is JT Digital d.o.o., Stantetova ulica 10, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (registration number 7423268000, VAT ID SI42228441). For anything in this policy, write to hello@jtdigital.si.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, optional company, and message are sent to our inbox as an email. They are not stored in a site database and are used only to reply to you.
• Accounts (optional): if you create an account we store your email, name, and a hashed password (bcrypt). Email verification and password reset links use hashed single-use tokens. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is permanent.
• First-party analytics: we record usage events (pages viewed, referrer, UTM and ad-click parameters, browser user agent) in our own database, keyed by a random session id. No IP address is stored with these events and they are not shared with anyone.
• Server logs: standard request logs exist for security and debugging and are kept short-term.

Google advertising tag

Only when a Google tag is configured on the server and you accept the consent banner does Google's gtag.js load with consent granted. Consent defaults to denied (Consent Mode v2); declining keeps it denied. Data Google collects after you accept is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Legal bases

• Replying to enquiries: our legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract.
• Running accounts: performance of a contract with you.
• First-party analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding site usage, implemented without storing IP addresses.
• Google advertising tag: your consent.

Retention

Contact emails are kept as long as the correspondence needs them. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Analytics events are kept while they remain useful for understanding site usage; there is no automated purge today.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing at any time via hello@jtdigital.si. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Processors

Our hosting provider and our email (SMTP) provider process data on our behalf to run the site and deliver mail. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
