Olimpijski Kviz
A live TV quiz, built for 10,000 players at once.
Maribor, Ljubljana · Slovenia
A custom software studio. You leave the first call with a working version of your idea, not a proposal.
No obligation, nothing to prepare.
Toni, Jakob and their team exceeded our expectations . With their ideas and responsiveness, we delivered the project faster than planned.
They didn't just build what we asked, they suggested improvements that made it even better . Deadlines respected, every request handled with real care.
The first major online quiz in Slovenia, where everything had to run to the second. And it did. Help and collaboration were always spot on.
They turned my complicated ideas into a turn-key solution , professionally and fast. Whatever came up, they fixed right away. My go-to IT team.
How we work
You click a working version before you sign anything. The first step is our risk, not yours.
Tell us what's slowing you down. No obligation.
Not slides. A working version, before you sign.
New work you can use. No months of silence.
Known before we start. No hourly meter.
Our work
A live TV quiz, built for 10,000 players at once.
The platform behind Slovenia's national innovation awards.
A sustainability platform for an international sports federation.
Our own tools
Most of what we build with, we made ourselves.
Caught while we build, not after you launch.
Our own video engine. Nothing waits on someone else.
Describe a page in plain words and watch it appear.
This page was built with them.
The head start
Thirty pieces already built. Your investment goes into what makes you different.
SignatureThe toolkit all thirty pieces are written in. We wrote it, so nothing waits on someone else's release.
Open models on infrastructure we control. Your data stays private. No per-token fees.
Our own video and computer-vision engine. 17 AI models, no outside service.
The founders
No business should have to bet on a promise.
FAQ
AI is our tool, not our business model.
JT Digital is a software studio: strategy, design, marketing, and engineering in one team. AI appears in two places in that work, and we treat them differently.
When AI writes our code, it writes against tools we built for it: our own framework, where a broken page, a wrong route, or an invalid style is a compile error. AI accelerates the work; the compiler decides what ships.
When AI runs inside your product, it runs on infrastructure we control: our self-hosted models and the Everyframe engine, EU-hosted, never behind a third-party API. Nothing you share leaves it.
An AI agency sells AI on a stack it rents. We ship complete products on a stack we own.
Yes. Our work already runs where failure is public.
Our quiz platform ran 16 live broadcasts on national television, built for 10,000 concurrent players and load-tested past a million requests with zero failures. The same stack runs the national innovation platform of Slovenia's Chamber of Commerce, a repeat client, and shipped a reporting platform to an international sports federation under a hard deadline.
A team this size ships that range because no project starts from zero. Every engagement begins on our production foundation: 30+ modules (auth, payments, analytics, email, video) extracted from our own shipped products and hardened by a nine-scope security audit. Your project starts where most projects end.
When a project genuinely benefits from additional expertise, we're honest about it from the start.
We don't cut corners, we remove unnecessary work.
It starts with the people. Toni, co-founder and engineering lead, brings 10 years of software engineering and an MSc in computer science from the University of Ljubljana. Jakob, co-founder, has led 30+ software projects and scaled products from 100 to 80,000+ daily active users. Knowing which work is unnecessary is exactly what that experience is for.
Then comes the stack. We build on tools we own rather than tools we rent, which lets us bake quality into the build itself. fluent-html, our web framework, turns broken pages into errors we catch before launch instead of problems you find later. Everyframe, our video AI engine, applies the same philosophy to video.
AI accelerates execution. Experience ensures quality.
TypeScript end to end. Fastify on the server, Postgres with Prisma, and server-rendered UI over HTMX, written in fluent-html, our own open-source framework, published on npm and now on its sixth major version. No React, no SPA framework, no client-side build.
It's a deliberately boring stack with one unusual property: we wrote the layer most teams rent. When the framework is yours, a broken page is a compile error, the styling system can't drift, and nothing in the chain waits on someone else's roadmap.
The AI inside our products runs on the same principle: the Everyframe engine and self-hosted models on EU infrastructure we control.
This site runs on that stack. So does everything else we ship.
The people you meet are the people who build your product.
We don't hand projects from sales to account managers to junior developers. You'll work directly with the same senior team throughout the engagement, from strategy and design through to launch.
On every project that means Toni and Jakob, the founders. Toni architected the platform behind everything we ship; Jakob has led 30+ software projects to launch.
The names on the proposal are the names in the git log.
Yes, with a clear division of work: your team owns the business side, we own the technical side.
We work closely with your product managers, designers, and domain experts. Their knowledge of your business shapes the product; ours turns it into working software.
What we don't do is join your development team or co-write a shared codebase. We cover the technical side in full: architecture, code, infrastructure, and quality. Every project starts fresh on our own platform, because a standard you don't control is a standard you can't promise.
In three steps: a call, a prototype, and only then a price.
1. Discovery call. A 15-minute conversation about your challenge, no obligation. If we're not the right studio for it, we tell you straight.
2. Working prototype. We build something you can click before you sign anything. You judge real software, not a proposal document. If it misses the mark, you've spent 15 minutes; we've spent the build. The first step is our risk, not yours.
3. Scope and price. Once you've seen the prototype, we define the scope together and give you a clear, fixed proposal. You know the plan and the price before we start.
From there we ship in focused sprints, so you review working software, give feedback, and shape the product as it grows. No hourly black box, no surprise invoices.
