Our team and the startup register
Jakob and I started JT Digital in January. Gašper joined first, as an engineer. Then Alenka came in to run marketing and our LinkedIn page, and Saša joined to work on quality assurance and development.
In August the Slovenian Enterprise Fund (Slovenski podjetniški sklad) entered us in the Register of innovative startup companies. Being on that register is how the fund officially recognises a startup as innovative. The application was built around Everyframe, and an independent committee evaluated it.
The new jtdigital.si
We rebuilt jtdigital.si over the summer and switched to the new site on 29 July. This blog moved in from blog.jtdigital.si on 13 August, and links to the old address still bring readers here. Since 22 September our project pages and the pages on how we build come straight from the research we keep on each project.
The rebuild also caught two lines on our home page that the code did not back up. One described the machines we run language models on, and the other counted the AI models in our video engine.
A private GPU fleet became “infrastructure we control”.
